I ran my first session as a Dungeon Master for my regular D&D group over the weekend, and while it went okay, it wasn’t perfect. I really wanted to scare the players with a horde of zombies. Instead, they turned those zombies into little bags of flesh and bone littered all over the floor. I wrote up a little blog post on the D&D community site, where I explain what went wrong:
