For those who don’t know, Humans vs. Zombies is the game where teams are made up of people who are the infected zombies and people who are they human survivors. They battle throughout campus to either survive or feed. Nerf guns tend to be the weapons of choice for fighting off the zombie hordes.

All in all, sounds like a perfectly fun way to spend your time – and at least they’re outside. amiright?

A new company, from the minds of Guild Wars, has come together to create the ultimate immersive zombie killing experience. They have announced a brand-new MMO, strictly for consoles, in which you and everyone else playing the game fight off the zombie hordes, all in real time.

Our singular focus is to create the definitive massively multiplayer zombie game (MMOZ) for console gamers. The game is in the early stages of development. Or, at the very least, it’s in the early stages of talking about development. Frankly, its really early in the process, so keep an eye on their site as they promise to use their site to keep us up to date on their progress.
